What delivery service do we offer?
We offer next-day delivery to most mainland places** in the United Kingdom. Our delivery charge is £5.99 per parcel.
Please note that although we endeavor to offer a next day delivery service, this service is NOT GUARANTEED, as this may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will do our absolute best, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and we will not refund orders or delivery charges due to late deliveries.
Ensuring that you receive your order in time for Christmas is our number one priority. However please order early as the adverse weather conditions of recent years has affected our next day delivery service. Should we believe the weather conditions may play a part in a delaying an order, we may dispatch it at an earlier date than requested, to help ensure you receive your order ahead of time where possible.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone (Aged 18 years or above) will be home to accept the gift which will be delivered by a Courier firm.
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Place your order BEFORE 1pm (Monday-Friday) and we will have it delivered by close of business on the following business day (we regret we cannot guarantee delivery times).
For deliveries to postcodes beginning with AB, to Aberdeen and surrounding area, Southern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands delivery is 2-3 business days. Other postcodes for whom this applies: DD8-10, FK8 3, FK16-17 & 21, TD1-15, PH10-11, PH13-14, IV1-36, 40, 52-54, KA27, KA28, PA20-49, PA62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1, KW1-3&5-14, IM1-9&99.

Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever. No contract will exist between us and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from the Couriers, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund. If for any reason the product is returned to us by the couriers because they can't complete a delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for all perishable goods.
